3M collaborates with a growing number of schools to provide students with the opportunity to learn what a career in the skilled trade industry looks like. The 3M Manufacturing and Academic Partnerships program (MAP) was created as a response to the lack of appropriate replacement for the retiring workforce, witnessing impressive success. 3M seeks to expand this program across the US and will soon launch a pilot program in Poland.
